Wild Moon was developed to provide school holiday activities within the natural environment. Providing children with the opportunity to learn at their own pace and follow their own interests.

We focus on providing hands-on learning through a range of experiences, helping to support the development of confidence, self-esteem, and a connection with nature.

Whilst attending our holiday clubs, children will learn outdoors, developing an understanding and respect for nature.

Children will gain experiences using tools, making fires, den building and a range of other activities. These activities will help children to manage their own risks, cooperate with their peers and problem solve in their own time.

The Great Outdoors

Whilst attending our Nature clubs, children will learn outdoors, whatever the weather developing an understanding and respect for nature. Children will gain experiences using tools, making fires, den building and a range of other activities using natural resources.

Our Wild Moon Nature club will take part in different areas of the site depending on what the children are learning and developing.

Let's go Wild

The Wild Garden

We have access to a large area which consists of a Wild Garden, where children can learn how to safely use tools within our workshop area. There is an orchard and trees where children can make dens. There is also a planting area for learning about and planting fruit and vegetables. We also have some chickens!

Stay & Play

The Play Area

Our Play area houses our Tipi and fire pit. Here we also have a large sandpit and mud kitchen where children can play freely. Our natural activities will be set up in this area and within the Tipi where children can choose activities that interest them.

My son aged 9 and my daughter, aged 6, spent two days at Wild Moon Nature Club and loved it!! They came home excited, energised, with additional skills and focus and had a great time just being outdoors and getting involved in various activities.
